Janice Sullivan Real Estate
Janice Sullivan, a RE/MAX Realtor, wanted a website that made her name and services prominent, that presented content in a clear and organized manner, and that had a professional look. We were able to take her original website which was one main page packed with valuable information, and were able to remove the irrelevant content, and categorize the remaining content into separate pages.
These actions gave visitors a clear direction of where to go for information. We were also able to design a logo for her name and placed it at the top of the site. This strengthened her real estate team’s branding, and put the focus on her as the realtor, rather than RE/MAX Heritage, the agency. We also gave “Buying” and “Selling” prominent sections of the homepage, so prospects with different needs could get to information they need more quickly and easily. Finally, we added an eye-capturing slideshow of her current listings so people could immediately begin to see which properties Janice could be a help with.
