It seems like smartphones are beginning to take over more and more technologies.  For instance, you can replace your GPS with the Google Maps app, your radio, CD’s, etc. with apps like Pandora Radio or Slacker Radio and your digital camera with the built-in camera phones.  A huge technology device that the smart phone is starting to replace is the computer!  Who would have thought that such an essential device to our social and business worlds could be replaced by a tool that can fit in the palm of your hand?  Although the phone cannot do everything computers and laptops can do right now, it can do a tremendous amount of those tasks at the moment. Tasks such as checking your e-mail, checking your social media accounts, watching YouTube videos, and even browsing the web!

The ability to check any website on the internet is definitely a luxury that smartphone users are rapidly becoming addicted to.  It’s so easy to now check for movie times, sports game updates, how the stock market is doing, or a number that you forgot to write down from a website.  What makes life even better for smartphone users is when websites have a mobile-friendly websites for their users to browse through.  One of the features of mobile-friendly websites is having limited yet important text on their pages to make reading easy.  Another aspect of having mobile-friendly websites is having large buttons for links so people can easily browse through your site with the touch of their fingers.

The benefits of making your website mobile-friendly are being able to have your viewers search your website easily from anywhere, being able to get the information they want quickly, and having the main points of attention highlighted for them once they get on the site.

Grow Socially is excited to premiere its brand-new, mobile-friendly website to all of our viewers, and you can easily access it with your phone by scanning this QR code.  If you are new to QR codes, simply download a QR-reader application with your smartphone.  One of the best free ones available right now is “i-nigma”.  Download this, then tap “Scan Code”, hold your phone up to the QR Code below as if you are about to take a picture of it, and then allow your phone to be directed to where the code is linking your phone to.  In this case, it would be to Grow Socially’s Homepage.

Let us know what you think of our newly-revamped site and what your thoughts are of mobile-friendly websites!
